How to set up Lavender with Gong
This is very easy!
Confirm the email you’re using to log into Lavender is the same one you use to log in to Gong
Make sure you're on the correct plan (Individual Pro or Teams) in Lavender

Using Lavender with Gong
Using Lavender with Gmail or Outlook will look and function the same inside Gong!
You can use Lavender with Gong to:
Use your Email Coach for suggestions.
Have multiple suggestions under “Needs Work”? Use Apply All Fixes to change them all at once
Use the Mobile Editor to see how that email will look on a phone.
Troubleshooting Lavender with Gong
Not seeing Lavender appear right away? Let’s make sure your email is set up in the correct spots.
In Lavender
Head to your Dashboard and check to ensure your email client is connected.
For Google, you should see Disconnect from Google.
For Outlook, you should see Disconnect from Outlook.
If they don't say disconnect - make sure you connect them now and use the same email you’re using with Gong!
In Gong
Head to your name in the top navigation bar and click on My Profile.
Make sure your Gong account email is the same as your Lavender account!
