How to set up Lavender with Groove

Steps to set up Lavender with Groove
Confirm the email you’re using to log into Lavender is the same email you use to log in to Groove.
Ensure you're on the correct Lavender plan (Individual Pro or Teams). You can check your current plan here. Need to upgrade? This article will explain how.

Troubleshooting Steps
Not seeing Lavender appear right away in Groove?
Let’s make sure your email is set up in the correct spots!
In Lavender
Head to the Integrations page in your Dashboard. Then, check to make sure your email client is connected.
For Google, you should see "Disconnect from Google."
For Outlook, you should see "Disconnect from Outlook."
If they don't say disconnect - make sure you connect them now and use the same email you’re using with Groove!
In Groove
Head to your profile picture and click on Settings.
Then click on your email provider settings under Connected Accounts.
Make sure your Groove account email is the same as the email used for your Lavender account!
Is Groove included in my subscription?
Our native integrations are available on our Individual Pro or Teams plans. If Lavender doesn’t appear in Groove, it may be because you are on our Basic or Starter plan. You can see which plan you are subscribed to here!
