Here’s how to get the most out of it and set things up in just a few clicks.

Why Use Lavender in Groove?

No more copy/pasting between platforms. Lavender now works natively inside Groove, allowing you to:

  • Edit and personalize email templates with Lavender

  • Add those emails directly to sequences

  • Track performance — emails show up in Lavender Analytics

  • Use Lavender’s coaching without leaving Groove

  • Keep emails tied to prospect records inside Groove

Hooray for streamlined workflows 🙌

⚙️ How to Set Up Lavender in Groove

Getting started takes less than a minute:

  1. Make sure your Lavender login email matches your Groove login email

  2. Confirm you’re on an eligible plan: Individual Pro or Teams

→ Not sure? You can check your current plan here.

→ Need to upgrade? This article will explain how.

And that's it! 🎉

(Isn't that... groovy? 💃 )

🛠️ Lavender not appearing?

Let’s double-check your setup:

🔎 In Lavender:

  • Head to your Dashboard → Settings → Integrations

  • Make sure your email client is connected:

    • Gmail: Should say “Disconnect from Google”

    • Outlook: Should say “Disconnect from Outlook”

  • If not connected, connect it now using the same email as your Groove account.

🔎 In Groove:

  • Click your profile picture → Settings

  • Go to Connected Accounts > Email Provider Settings

  • Confirm the email address matches the one used in Lavender

Is Groove included in my subscription?

Lavender’s Groove integration is only available on Pro and Teams plans. If it’s not appearing, you might be on a Basic or Starter plan.
You can see which plan you are subscribed to here!

✨ Groove is also available during your 7-day Pro trial if you’re just getting started!
