The Lavender and Gong partnership reaches new heights!
You can now save time and access Gong's call data within the Lavender extension.
How to set up the integration:
Step 1: Head to the Integrations page of your Dashboard
Step 2: Select "Connect to Gong" to connect the integration
Step 3: You will be asked to give Lavender access to your Gong account, Click "Allow"
Step 4:
Refresh your browser!
Step 5:
Pull a profile in Lavender and click on "Gong Data"
Here you should see next steps and if you scroll down you should be able to see logged calls!

Lavender will pull in Next Steps from Gong based upon calls that have occurred, putting the important details right at the top within the Lavender extension.

An outline of each step of the call and what took place at each step.
Comments
Comments on the call, often from a leader, will display here. You will see a red dot if a new comment has been left on a call.
