Starting December 4th, 2023, we will send managers and/or admins a weekly email summary. This summary is meant to be a quick snapshot of how your team is doing with Lavender - and help you make quick adjustments for the week ahead!
Below, we'll outline the content of these weekly summaries, so they are easy to digest and understand.
Emails Sent
The emails sent section will share stats across your whole team.
Total
The total emails sent across your team from the previous week.
Replies
The total replies across your team from the previous week.
Reply Rate
The average reply rate across your team from the previous week.
In the example above, you would divide 256 (replies)/ 698 (total sent) to get .367.
Then multiply by 100 to get a 36.7% reply rate.
Email Scores
The email scores section will share stats across your whole team.
A Emails
The total emails sent, with a score of 90+, across your team from the previous week.
B Emails
The total emails sent, with a score from 80-89, across your team from the previous week.
C Emails
The total emails sent, with a score from 70-79, across your team from the previous week.
Average Team Score
The average email score across your team from the previous week. This averages all emails sent across your team.
Top Reps & Needs Improvement
The Top Reps and Needs Improvement sections will share stats of your top 3 reps and your lowest 3 reps on your team.
The number of replies sorts these.

Name
Lists your rep's name, sorted by the number of replies they have received.
All Sent
The total emails sent by that rep from the previous week.
A Emails
The total emails sent, with a score of 90+, by that rep from the previous week.
Replies
The total number of replies to that rep from the previous week.
Reply Rate
Total number of replies divided by number of emails sent. If you multiply by 100, you will get the %.
CEQ
Communication Effectiveness Quotient. A calculation that should predict the efficiency and effectiveness of a sales rep, also known as your average email score.
