Now you can access Lavender's features directly inside of Apollo, such as the "Email Coach", "Personalization Assistant", and more!

How does Lavender work in Apollo?

Using Lavender in Apollo will allow you to use the power of Lavender's editing, personalization, and scoring features directly inside of Apollo, saving you time from switching between each platform!

Benefits and highlights include:

  • Lavender automatically shows up in Apollo when you go to draft or send an email.

  • You can easily pull in templates, edit and personalize with Lavender, and then add to your sequences.

  • Make edits with Lavender directly within your sequences.

  • Emails sent within Apollo are added to the contact record of your prospect so you can easily track their efficiency.

  • Emails sent within Apollo will also be tracked and counted in your Lavender analytics.

Did you use Lavender Anywhere with Apollo in the past? If so, this integration eliminates the need to copy/paste from Lavender Anywhere!

How to Set Up Lavender in Apollo

We've made this as simple as possible!

  1. Confirm the email associated with your Lavender account (your log in email) is the same email address associated with your Apollo account.

  2. Make sure you're on the correct plan (Individual Pro or Teams) in Lavender

Troubleshooting Steps


Not seeing Lavender appear in Apollo?

Let's make sure your email is set up in the correct spots.

In Lavender

Head to your Dashboard and check to ensure your email client is connected.

For Google, you should see Disconnect from Google.
For Outlook, you should see Disconnect from Outlook.

If they don't say disconnect - make sure you connect them now.

In Apollo

Head to your Profile.

Click on Manage Mailboxes

Verify that your linked email address matches the one linked in Apollo:

  • Our native integrations are only available on our Individual Pro and Teams plans, so if it isn't showing up for you, you are likely on our Basic or Standard plan.
