Are you a job seeker? Currently in school? A bootstrapped entrepreneur?

Then Lavender is free for you. (Yes, really. πŸ’œ)

Here's how to get access depending on which you identify with at the moment.


Job Seekers

We appreciate your interest in using Lavender for your job search, and we are happy to offer you Lavender free until you find your next role.

To get access to Lavender as a job seeker, please visit this page and follow the instructions outlined.


Students

Are you currently in school and interested in using Lavender for school projects or outreach for internships? We would love to hear it and happily give you access to Lavender while you are an active student!

Lavender for Students is available for:

  • College Students: Current undergraduates pursuing their degrees can take advantage of Lavender for use in class projects, internship outreach, program applications and more

  • Graduate Studies & Continuing Education: If you're furthering your education through graduate studies or continuing education programs, you're eligible, too!

Eligible for Lavender for Students? Great! Here are the next steps:

Installing Lavender

You'll need to start by installing Lavender.

Once installed, you can move to the next step to confirm it's installed correctly.


Confirming Installation

You'll want to confirm the extension has been installed so we can properly apply the promotion code to extend your trial.

There are two ways you can do this:


Option 1

Click your puzzle piece in Chrome and confirm the Lavender extension is listed:

If you see the Lavender logo, you've installed the extension correctly!

Option 2

Head to install.lavender.ai and ensure you see "Remove from Chrome".

If you see "Add to Chrome," the extension was not successfully installed.

To fix that, you'll need to click "Add to Chrome" to reinstall.

Creating your Lavender account

Once you have installed the Lavender extension, a new browser tab should appear, prompting you to sign in to Lavender. You'll create your Lavender account by signing in using either a Google or Outlook-based email address.

To create the account, click the "sign in with Google" or "sign in with Microsoft" button, depending on your email provider.

❗ Important Note: you'll want to create your Lavender account with whichever email address you use for your outreach.

For example, if you plan to use your .edu email address, and your .edu email address is Gmail-based, you will want to sign in with Gmail and use your .edu email address.

Receiving the trial extension

Once you have installed the Lavender extension, complete the information in the form below. The form must be completed in full and submitted in order for us to review and apply the promo code.

Bootstrapped Entrepreneurs

We are passionate about supporting bootstrapped entrepreneurs and want to help remove barriers to success! In that light, we offer an extended 90-day free trial to bootstrapped entrepreneurs.
