❓FAQs

I'm getting a Start or Retry error

This is likely due to being on "New Outlook."

You can check to see if you're on the "New" version by looking for the toggle in the upper right hand corner.

To revert back, toggle off the New Outlook to get back to the latest stable version. This should allow Lavender functionality.

Outlook.com says unsupported

We have some understanding as to why this is happening and we're working on fixing it now.

Head to install.lavender.ai and install the extension to get started.
